Procter & Gamble Partners with National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc.

Take charge of your health by performing routine breast self-exams and scheduling regular mammograms. Having trouble remembering how often you should do these? You're not alone, but there's an easy way to remember. As part of Procter & Gamble's (P&G) partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation Inc., the GIVE HOPE program seeks to educate women about breast cancer and the importance of early detection in hopes of saving lives. You can visit www.mypinkplan.com to learn more and use an interactive online tool to create a customized Early Detection Plan using e-mails, text messages, RSS feeds and calendars for clinical and self-exam …

Does anyone know where I can get any good breast cancer merchandise online?

Saturday, October 10th, 2009

I am looking for like shirts, mugs, cell phone charms

http://www.pinkribbonshop.com is great. I’ve ordered from there before - their merchandise is great, and the customer service is excellent! They have donated over $27,000 to breast cancer research.

http://choosehope.com is a site that sells awareness products for all types of cancer. They have a large "pink ribbon" section, and they have the famous "cancer sucks" merchandise. Their customer service is great, too! You can check here to see what organizations they donate their profits to: http://choosehope.com/money.jsp

Ebay has a TON of pink ribbon products, but I have no idea if the profits from any of the sales are donated to breast cancer research.

Reference Available Upon Request

As a hiring expert, I recommend you take out your bottom two jobs as they were pretty short and you want to look like you’ve had stable jobs. The first three are fine. And a few more job descriptions. 3 may be too short. Have 4-6 job descriptions.

You should rename your activities section as "Other Experience" and name your regular experience section as "Professional Experience". Take out "References Available Upon Request" because you should already have your references on hand when meeting an employer.

All of my advice is very detailed on my website so find more tips here: http://www.hireme101.com/resumetips.html. I also only charge $7 to edit resumes, so my services could be useful for you.

Good luck

Where can I order such things as?

Friday, September 11th, 2009

bracelets/merchandise to support breast cancer research? I see ladies walking around with pink wrist bands, things like that.

Thank you

If you look around, there are lots of things hidden like this in many stores. Surprisingly, I find the most cute bracelets in gas stations/convenience stores (and yes, these do donate money from your purchase to fund research)

You can find some really stylish and cute pink ribbon jewelry pieces and shirts and stuff online, too, and more of those can tell you how much of the money from your purchase supports research.

However, even if you get something that doesn’t donate directly from your purchase, you’ll still be raising awareness, so scour the shelves at Target and you’ll find something (^_^)
