The Ride to Empower is a destination bike ride that raises funds to provide breast cancer support. Bike routes range from less than 32 miles to 100 miles. Depending on the fundraising level you choose, travel, food, bike transport and lodging expenses for the event may be covered. Network of Strength will provide you with a cycling training program and fundraising support.

Just 72 hours before the Mothers day walk for breast cancer.My sister Michelle, my baby daughter Julia , and I decided to celbrate mother’s day by walking to honor my mom Florence ,and other women that could not be here to walk for themselves. Michelle and I recieved over $300.00 in gifts for breast cancer in less then 72 hours. I think my mom would be proud. and we finished the 5K! I want to thank those who donated to such an important cause!

This is around my 11th week of learning to play an Acoustic Guitar. This is a version of Stand by Me by Ben E King. I was learning how to do chucking (muting the strings) to give is a little more favor. — I just made up the chucking/muting on this but I believe I am chucking on the 2nd and 4th down strum.
