sixth shoot for ausntm 5 - chanel fashion by the sea
sorry for late upload ,
This week, the girls were thrusted into the media spotlight for a media lesson with Charlotte Dawson. The girls were representing V Australia and had to learn a variety of lines to promote the newest Virgin airline. All of the girls failed to win over the media, especially Franky, who jokingly threatened to kill a media official, and Tahnee, who spoke about Victoria’s Secret for the entire time.
After the criteria, the girls received a Sarah Mail which lead to an early photoshoot. The girls had to model designer gowns while jumping a trampoline. The photos had a special meaning as the photos would be up for auction on the Australia’s Next Top Model website to help support Fashion Targets Breast Cancer. Clare and Tahnee impress the international photographers, Denis Montalbetti and Gay Campbell, but Franky and Lola disappointed.
The next day, all of the girls attended Hugos Lounge for a Fashion Targets Breast Cancer charity event. The girls had to model their designer gowns from the previous photo shoot and encourage the fashion A-Listers to bid on their gowns. Prior to the event, Ruby Rose and Mink Sadowsky spoke to the girls about the foundation and Adele revealed that she had her own breast cancer scare. All of the girls modeled their garments on the runway but Franky was a stand out and was deemed the best, while Cassi was deemed the worst. This resulted in Cassi being the worker for a day and Franky adjudicating all of Cassi’s tasks.
During elimination, all of the girls got a ‘caning’ by Alex Perry due to their terrible outfits; despite this, all of the girls received positive praise for their pictures this week. While Clare and Tahnee were deemed safe by the judges, the judges were concerned with Adele as they feared that ‘One look Adele’ was coming back, and Cassi as they worried that she was lying about smoking and not putting in enough effort compared to the other contestants.
Despite this, Franky and Lola ended up in the bottom two as they had the worst photos in the bunch and both hadn’t made any significant improvements. Franky was saved for the second time in a row while Lola was sent home.
my c.o.o. and opinions of the pics
1 Lola!!! No way she cant be eliminated for this! That photo was stunning, was angelic was super! She doesnt even look like herself! @@@XXSS!!!
2 Clare- The face is just stunning, and her pose is graceful and gentle. Like Virgin Mary or lol
3 Tahnee - Her pose rocks! But the only critique is that she looks fAT, like mikarla said, and that’s not the first time she looked like that,
4 Casi, nice, versatile and fresh. But the red gown and her hair reminds me of a rooster. But it’s stil well done, as Cassi always does that
5 Adele - One word - STIFF. Another word - DEAD
6 Franky - The legs are good but she looks like in a Sex postition. Sorry. and the face gotta go! im seen that so many times already!

On October 19, 2008 several Motivators headed to Jones Beach for the Making Strides against Breast Cancer Walk. Guess how many promotional products they spotted? Watch and find out!
My blog continues to the event start. This is a compilation of video and pictures that I took on Day one of the Breast Cancer 3 Day. It’s kind of a long video but not near as long as compared to how long the day felt!
our english teacher who we love soooo much was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. We are very afraid for her and this is for her, and ppl like her and families who stand by their side during it all.

The 2007 Avon Walk Around the World for Breast Cancer series will continue a very special component that puts a “human face” on the issue of breast cancer. The Global Connection Ribbon — a large pink ribbon imprinted with “thank you” in many languages — is passed from woman to woman, virtually circling the globe. Each selected breast cancer survivor attends an Avon Walk Around the World for Breast Cancer event in another country to share the celebration and pass this special ribbon to the local survivor as a symbol of shared hope and survivorship. The Global Connection Ribbon Tour will culminate on October 4, 2007 at New York City’s Rainbow Room, during the Global Breast Cancer Survivors Day Celebration. Here is the truly inspirational story from GUATEMALA
Just 72 hours before the Mothers day walk for breast cancer. My sister Michelle, my baby daughter Julia , and I decided to celbrate mother’s day by walking to honor my mom Florence ,and other women that could not be here to walk for themselves. Michelle and I recieved over $300.00 in gifts for breast cancer in less then 72 hours. I think my mom would be proud. and we finished the 5K! I want to thank those who donated to such an important cause!
Photos from the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer held in New York City on October 4 & 5, 2008. Over 2 days and 39 miles we passed many people who cheered us on.
The Avon Walk Around the World for Breast Cancer began in 2005 bringing grassroots activism to a global scale. This worldwide series of events began mobilizing hundreds of thousands of people across the globe raising money and breaking down barriers to awareness and access to care while working to eradicate the disease. Walk Around the World events are linked by the Global Connection Ribbon, which is the symbolic emotional component that connects breast cancer survivors and participants across the world. The ribbon is a powerful symbol of the connection to each other and shared determination to turn every diagnosis into a story of survival. Each Walk Around the World event includes the Global Connection Ribbon ceremony, where this special ribbon is passed from one breast cancer survivor to another uniting all survivors and this global community.
